The PTM-1260 is a revolutionary new power amplifier that is so feature oriented, one can tend to forget the wonderful sound it produces. The PTM-1260 provides options for it to be switched from an open twelve channel configuration, enough sound for two home theater systems, six rooms or zones of independent audio, or a combination of a home theater and three zones of audio. High power output is part of the PTM-1260's magnificent lineage, as its design is based on ADA's highly acclaimed PTM-6150 and MPA-501 six and five channel power amplifiers. And like all other ADA products, the PTM-1260 is hand crafted with pride, in the United States of America.The PTM-1260 provides 390 W/Ch* for six channels (bridged) or 140 W/Ch* for up to twelve channels. The power is derived from 24 output devices, a tremendous power toroid, and 200,000µF capacitance. The PTM-1260 also allows channel pairs to be turned on and off, based on rooms that are being used. Durable for the long haul, the PTM-1250 will provide a lifetime of entertainment pleasure.

The PTM-1260 provides 390 W/Ch* for six channels (bridged) or 140 W/Ch* for up to twelve channels. The power is derived from 24 output devices, a tremendous power toroid, and 200,000µF capacitance. PTM-1260 Features:

· Twelve independent channels of amplification, bridgeable to 10, 8, or 6 channels.

· Two power output levels, Bridged mode for High Power, Stereo mode for Standard Power.

· Front panel twelve channel output display, switchable on/off.

· Bridged mode or Stereo mode, rear panel switched.

· Four possible power on/off options:

Front panel power switch.

Built-in low voltage power-on/off trigger - all channels on.

Built-in low voltage zone power-on/off trigger - turns on stereo pairs based on usage.

· 1500 Watt custom built low noise toroidal power supply.

· 200,000µF capacitance.

· Custom made aluminum heat sink.

· Four output devices per zone.

· Internal fan cooling.

· Switchable voltage selector and EIC AC power cord receptacle.

· Two styles available:

Rack mount (EIA Standard-2 Spaces).
