Hot Stuff For The ADA Bus®
What
Is This ADA Bus Thing
Back in 1988, long before the term "System Integration"
even existed, the engineers at ADA where developing a control
system that would operate like a computer. Not only did the system
need to provide button control of ADA gear, but it also had to
be able to display system status information. It also had to tie
into personal PCs that were taking over the computer market. Well
leave it to ADA to revolutionize the custom installation industry
with the introduction of the ADA Bus. For more info, click on

While phonographs,
8-track tapes, and reel-to-reels have come and gone, radio is
still a favorite among multi-room system owners. And since several
members of the family may want to listen to radio at the same
time, ADA has the perfect device. The MT-3000 is actually three
tuners (tuner modules) in one chassis. Available modules include,
FM Stereo, AM Stereo, Cable TV Stereo, and Short Wave. Typical
tuner configurations will include two FM modules and one AM module,
one FM, AM, and TV module, or three FM modules. Audio quality
is second to none as the MT-3000 uses both digital and analogue
tuning mechanisms for both speed and accuracy, making the MT-3000
the best sounding broadcast tuner.
Since CDs are the most popular
playback medium, for both sound quality and size, chances are
you have already collected dozens of titles. One of the best ways
to playback these albums is thorugh a multi-CD player. Luckily,
there are numerous high-capacity CD changers on the market, several
permitting storage of 100 discs or more. Not only do these changers
offer an ideal playback format, but they will also preserve the
quality of the discs themselves, by limiting the handling of the
discs, from jem box to player and then back again. The only problme
that comes up is, "How do you keep track of all those CDs?"
No, the touch screens we
are talking about are not found in banks. These touch screens
are found mounted to walls in your home or sitting on tables were
convienient. Today, touch screens offer a flexible custom platform
from which to control the music and video system as well as lighting,
curtain, shades, HVAC, security, and many other segments of your
home's electronic systems. ADA Bus systems have an added bonus
as they can talk back to touch screens with full system status.
