The Genesis is the all-in-one system mainframe for the Genesis System. It can connect to a wide array of keypads and accessories, making a true custom installation "System". While other ADA Multi-Room Systems provide both audio and video switching, the Genesis is considered to be more of a multi-room music system. Many Genesis Systems are provided to persons who are focusing on a more elaborate home theater system, where music throughout the house, while important, plays less of a role in the installation. In addition to being a real budget value, the Genesis is perfect when persons in the household, enjoy listening to the same music. In Place Of Typical Entry Level Audio

The Genesis was designed to replace the typical entry level music system. These systems usually consist of a mish-mosh of components such as a speaker selector box, preamplifier, inadequate power amplifier (these systems never really sound great), IR (infrared) repeater system, and all the boxes and wiring mess that interconnect these devices. For the same cost, the Genesis does more, cleaner, easier, and better sounding (a lot better). The Genesis, is after all, a real "system".

For Homes Already Wired With Speakers

If you are thinking about music throughout your house, already live in the house, and have had the house prewired for speakers and volume controls, you can just add a Genesis and not run a single extra wire. Even if you don't have the control cable needed for the Genesis's keypads in place, just adding a Genesis will permit you to turn rooms on only as needed, select a source component, and power all your speakers with great sounding audio. Just have the Genesis connected to your existing speaker wires and your components. That's all it will take. Please bear in mind, that all control functions will need to be performed from the front of the Genesis, but that's what you are doing already.

For Commercial_Business Use

The Genesis is also ideal for businesses, such as, offices, bars, restaurants, medical suites, gyms, salons, corporate facilities, sea vessels, banquet halls, and store locations. In many cases, these facilities have already been wired with speakers to some closet location. As such, simply replacing the electronics currently running this type of system, with just the Genesis, will provide everything one would need for a centrally controlled audio system. Imagine turning sections of a dining room, office suites, or examination rooms, on and off independently from the front of the Genesis. Since the Genesis includes the source selector, preamplifier, and power amplifier, and since it can power as many as sixteen pairs of speakers (32 speakers total), a single Genesis will blow you away with its sound and lifelong (can't break it) operation. Best of all, anyone without a Ph.D. in electronics can easily engage rooms, adjust sound levels, and choose a component. Anyone.
